FEMALE ENTREPRENEUR



Entrepreneur activities are suitable for both genders. Women also are invited to join and involve in entrepreneurship. There are many factors that can be lead to be a women entrepreneur. These factors may enhance women to get along to entrepreneurship activities.
Firstly is a motivation factor. In this factor, it contained a few elements such as Push & Pull Theory, personal, social factor, financial factor and also professional work environment. Push & Pull Theory may encourage women in joining entrepreneurship activities which can lead women to business ownership. Personal factor is when the person itself has the interest in joining the entrepreneurship. Next in social factor when they come to business because they want to prove themselves to others, including family members. Financial factor is also may lead women to become an entrepreneur when they realize that the increasing of living cost day by day. Lastly is the professional work environment. In some cases, it has been observed that self-employed females cannot cope with this challenging environment as compared to paid employment and hence their motivation may suffer. This is an important factor to consider for any policy that aims to encourage long term female entrepreneurial involvement to foster socio-economic development.
Second, family upbringing and networking. In any success, family as an upbringing is very important. This is because, with the spirit booster from the family members, can encourage a person to do better in their life. Networking also important. This is because, in business or entrepreneur activities, we need a networking to help to be more well-known or easily access in another field. Furthermore, a factor to lead a female entrepreneur also from local government, financial and also not profit institution. This is because, a female entrepreneur development in a country cannot be neglected and underestimated as it not only provides a platform for women to prove themselves but also contributes to the welfare of the overall economy. Governments worldwide are taking steps to promote female entrepreneurial activities. Financial institutions play a vital role in promoting the growth of entrepreneurial activities. Females across the globe complain about lack of financial resource.
International development programs on female entrepreneurship involve all the efforts made by developed nations, world financial institutions and other organizations working world-wide. They include financial & technical aid, assistance to managerial skills and other opportunities to grow business.
Lastly, the management style and personal attributes. The managerial approach of female entrepreneurs is more democratic than their male counterparts - they build trust among their workers through transformational and interactive management style. Personal attributes of female entrepreneurs may also sometimes create opportunities or barriers for them. There is a high proportion of females who have a fear of failure.

As a conclusion, there’s a lots of factors that has been prepared by government or societies in order to encourage women in join the entrepreneurship activities. Women should stand up and prove that gender is not the barrier in order to contributes for themselves, family and also for the country.
